I llllove these brownies!! Courtesy of my hubby Marty, and nicely reminded by my daughter who made some for us today:
Heat oven to 350
3/4 C sugar
1/2 C flour
1/4 C cocoa
1/2 tsp baking soda
2/3 C sugar free applesauce
2 egg whites lightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla
combine ingredients, blend well. Pour into greased 8x8 pan.
Bake for 20-30 minutes (almost clean toothpick)
cool on wire rack
devour!
